The centerpiece of our booth was the debut of two new eyeglass case models, developed entirely on new proprietary molds. New molds mean new silhouettes, new interior geometries, and no overlap with the standard shapes that flood the market.
Both models are available for OEM and ODM customization — logo, color, material, and lining can all be specified.
These two new cases represent Shinetai's commitment to expanding its 3,000+ SKU catalog with designs that respond to current market aesthetics rather than recycling legacy tooling.

Alongside the new molds, our booth displayed Shinetai's complete eyeglass packaging lineup, giving buyers the opportunity to compare materials and constructions side by side:

Textile Material Applied to Metal Cases — A Shinetai First
In previous seasons, our metal cases were finished exclusively in PU leather. This year, we introduced a material breakthrough: textile fabric applied directly to the metal case shell.
The result is a case that retains the structural rigidity and hinge precision of a traditional metal case, while presenting a fabric exterior — a tactile, visual, and positional differentiation that PU simply cannot replicate.
This development reflects Shinetai's in-house capability: 8 production processes under one roof — cutting, punching, gluing, mold pressing, hot stamping, screen printing, sewing, and final inspection — give our engineering team the flexibility to combine materials.

The Eyeglass Display Suitcase — The Booth's Crowd-Puller
Among all the products on display, the eyeglass suitcase generated the most consistent interest. Buyers stopped at the booth repeatedly — optical chain store buyers, brand packaging managers, and distributors alike.
The suitcase is designed for eyewear display and transport: a hard-shell rolling case with customizable interior trays, capacity for 168 frames depending on configuration, and full exterior branding options (logo printing, color, material).
